With her ever-growing pool of experience as an industry expert and consultant, with intent and a new mindset she pivoted her focus from content strategies to something closer to the heart – health and success for busy individuals. Her decades of first-hand experiences taught her what it takes to climb the ladder of success as well as the toll it takes on mental and physical well-being, and the strains it puts on personal relationships and family dynamics.
