With her grit and tenacity, it is no wonder that her expertise in strategy, process enhancement, training, and network transformation has revolutionized customer relations across the automotive, retail, and manufacturing sectors.
Her road has not been an easy one – becoming a mom at 15 and facing what for others would be unsurmountable challenges. – which is some of why she is so committed to personal and professional growth. Earning a Management Certification from the renowned Yale School of Management, as well as having an advanced coursework from The Ritz-Carlton Leadership Center and Sotheby's Institute of Art, she has an impressive range of skills in her toolkit. Adding to those already impressive credentials will be newly minted Author of a book on personal empowerment and success in early 2024.
Out of the office, Tara can be found exploring the world or whipping up a scrumptious meal for loved ones. And her giving nature extends beyond work, as she actively volunteers with local charities to make a positive impact.
