A renaissance product marketer, Loni Stark is the vice president of strategy and product at Adobe. In her role, she leads teams supporting the global product strategy, product management, and marketing for Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Commerce. In her spare time, Loni enjoys the very analog activity of applying paint to canvas. A fellow Canadian, Loni received a Bachelor of Arts & Science in Computer Science from McMaster University, Ontario, Canada. Additionally, Loni received her Master of Science in Management Science & Engineering from Stanford University. She is a frequent industry speaker and author on the impact of digital on customer experience and marketing.
A whirling dervish driven to create, Loni Stark is a force to be reckoned with in any endeavor she sets her mind to – her career, passion project, and her art. While far from a stage filled with grand jettés, arabesques, and pas de bourrées – she dreamed of being a ballerina as a kid, she has taken her creativeness and channeled it into so many ways. Currently a senior director of strategy and product marketing at Adobe, she is responsible for the Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Target business.
Inspired by her mom, who was an early STEM role model with a math degree that led her to be an aerospace machine operator and the first woman in her company – they even had to put in a bathroom for her. Loni embraced those lessons – that she had all needed to do what she wanted, and it was up to her to apply herself to get it. “Belief with no boundaries” – a mantra that has served her well in her 20-plus years with Adobe.
It is her passion that drives her each day to do more and try new things. Not intellect, but passion. As a leader, she encourages her team to push themselves mentally and emotionally to see how far they can go. She gets her energy and excitement – which she has in abundance – by being able to help others achieve more than they think they could have. She also applies that passion in collaboration with her husband to bring together culture, lifestyle, technology, and filmmaking with Stark Insider and Atelier Stark Films.
Looking to Athena, the Greek goddess of wisdom, Loni believes we are born with everything we need to succeed. And that life is a journey, and if you can quiet the voices that try to hold you back and get grounded on who you are, what you value, and build your narrative to know who you are and what you can accomplish, there is nothing you can’t accomplish.
